  • Ab sofort suchen wir für unser Wohnheim für Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen in Kusel eine/n Erzieher/in Heilerziehungspfleger/in, Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheitspfleger/in für den Betreuungsdienst.
  • Der Stellenumfang erfolgt in Vollzeit.
  • Die Arbeit erfolgt im Früh- und Spätdienst.

Der Aufgabenbereich umfasst die individuelle Unterstützung von Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen zur Förderung von Selbständigkeit und Selbstverantwortung.

Hierbei geht es vor allem um folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Organisation des Wohnheims
  • Erstellen von Dienstplänen für die Mitarbeiter und die Nachtbereitschaft
  • Regelung der Aufnahme von Bewohnern
  • Anleitung, Befähigung und Förderung von lebenspraktischen Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Tagesstrukturierung
  • Begleitung zu Ärzten, Behörden etc.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Kostenträgern, Angehörigen und gesetzlich bestellten Betreuern
  • Mitarbeit im Teilhabeverfahren
  • Unterstützung bei der Compliance
  • Organisation von Freizeitaktivitäten
  • Erwartet werden Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit. Gute EDV-Kenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt,
  • Führerschein und eigener PKW sollten vorhanden sein.
