Deine Aufgaben...

  • Unterstützung bei der Tagesstrukturierung sowie Förderung sozialer Kontakte und Teilhabe
  • Durchführung von Einzel- und Gruppenangeboten (z.B. Spaziergänge, Gedächtnistraining, Beschäftigungsangebote)
  • Einsatz insbesondere bei Bewohnern mit eingeschränkter Alltagskompetenz und erhöhtem Betreuungsbedarf
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Pflegekräften, sozialem Dienst und Angehörigen
  • Dokumentationspflicht der durchgeführten Betreuungsmaßnahmen
  • geregelter Früh- und Spätdienst
