Die PARITAS gGmbH sucht für die Sozialtherapeutische Wohnstätte für chronisch psychisch kranke Menschen in Plauen, Fasanenring 8, ab 01.11.2026 eine Betreuungsfachkraft m/w/d in Teilzeit (30 Stunden/Woche)

Ihr Tätigkeitsfeld:

  • Umsetzen von sozialtherapeutischen Aufgaben
  • Erstellen und Umsetzen von Förderplänen und Entwicklungsberichten Erfüllen von grundpflegerischen Aufgaben und medizinischen Anordnungen Begleitung von Freizeitangeboten und Tagesstrukturierung Individuelle Anleitung und Begleitung im ADL-Bereich selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten im Betreuungsprozess 3-Schichtsystem mit Wochenenddiensten Arbeiten mit dem Dokumentationsprogramm OctoWare Ihr Profil:
  • Ausbildung in der Heilerziehungspflege oder Ausbildung in der Pflege oder Ausbildung in der Heilpädagogik bzw. Sozialpädagogik

Ihre Kenntnisse:

  • PC Kenntnisse MS Office
  • PKW Führerschein der Klasse B
  • selbstständig, teamfähig und belastbar
