- Entwicklung aktivierender Einzel- und Gruppenangebote
- Förderung der Lebensqualität unserer Bewohner
- Begleitung zu Kultur- und Freizeitveranstaltungen
- Mitgestaltung der Wochen- und Monatspläne in einem engagiertem Team
- regelmäßige, fachspezifische Fortbildungen
Sie bringen mit:
- Anerkennung nach §§ 43 b, 53 c SGB XI
- Nachweis über regelmäßige Schulungen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Demenzerkrankten und alten Menschen ist wünschenswert
- eine positive, einfühlsame Kommunikation mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, psychische Belastbarkeit
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-System sowie an Wochenende und Feiertagen
