Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in unserem privat geführten Seniorenpflegeheim in Bad Bramstedt suchen wir eine Betreuungskraft nach § 43b SGB XI (m/w/d) in Teilzeit.

In dieser Position wirken Sie aktiv an der Gestaltung eines lebendigen und strukturierten Alltags unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner mit. Sie fördern soziale Kontakte, unterstützen bei unterschiedlichen Aktivitäten und tragen dazu bei, vorhandene Fähigkeiten zu erhalten und weiterzuentwickeln. Durch individuell angepasste Beschäftigungsangebote – sowohl im Einzelkontakt als auch in der Gruppe – schaffen Sie Abwechslung, Orientierung und Lebensfreude. Ihre Tätigkeit erfolgt bereichsübergreifend, insbesondere in Abstimmung mit dem Pflegepersonal sowie den Angehörigen.

Wenn Sie eine anerkannte Qualifikation als Betreuungskraft nach § 43b SGB XI besitzen, gerne im Team arbeiten, zuverlässig sind und offen für den Einsatz digitaler Dokumentationssysteme, passen Sie gut in unser Betreuungsteam.
