- Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir zuverlässige Alltagsbegleiter/innen (m/w/d) für die Betreuung von Seniorinnen und Senioren im häuslichen Umfeld.
Sie unterstützen unsere Kundinnen und Kunden im Alltag, damit diese möglichst lange selbstständig in ihrem Zuhause leben können.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung im Haushalt (Reinigung, Wäsche, Einkäufe)
- Begleitung außer Haus (Arzttermine, Spaziergänge, Besorgungen)
- Gesellschaft leisten und Gespräche führen
- Unterstützung bei der Alltagsstruktur
- Aktivierung und soziale Betreuung
Keine pflegerischen Tätigkeiten.
Ihr Profil:
- Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen
- Einfühlungsvermögen und Zuverlässigkeit
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im sozialen Bereich wünschenswert, aber nicht erforderlich
