Das Alten- und Pflegeheim " Haus Charlotte von Kusserow" sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt, Mitarbeiter die sich mit Spaß einer neuen Herausforderung widmen wollen.

  • Dazu suchen wir ausgebildete Betreuungskräfte (m/w/d) nach Paragraphen 43b, 53c SGB XI (m/w/d)
  • in Vollzeit oder auch in Teilzeit nach Absprache.

Es erwartet Sie:

Ein Arbeitsplatz, in dem Mensch und Tier ein neues zu Hause finden, niemand in der letzten Phase seines Lebens allein sein wird, sowie der zwischenmenschliche Umgang von Vertrauen und Respekt geprägt ist. Zudem ein unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag.

Ihre Tätigkeit umfasst Lebensbegleitung von Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern in allen Lebenslagen, vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Abschied. Sie gestalten den Alltag mit all seinen Freuden und Leiden. Sie sind Gestalter, Gesprächspartner, Zuhörer und vieles mehr.

Unsere Anforderungen:

Sie bringen neben einer entsprechenden Ausbildung und der Freude am selbständigen Arbeiten, eine soziale Kompetenz und Einfühlungsvermögen mit. Sie sind im Umgang mit Bewohnern/-innen und Kollegen/-innen geleitet von Umsicht, Eigenverantwortung und Selbstreflexion, dabei flexibel, engagiert und kooperationsbegeistert.
