Die Haus Weiherberg GmbH ist eine Einrichtung mit 64 Zimmern, welche im Rahmen der Langzeit-, Kurzzeit,- und Verhinderungspflege Platz für 107 Bewohner bietet.

Unser Haus ist so vielschichtig wie seine Bewohner. Und es verändert sich mit ihnen. Bereits in zweiter Generation familiär geführt und seit über 30 Jahren in Losheim am See.

Die Bewohner im Haus Weiherberg sind bei uns nicht nur zu Gast – sie sind hier zu Hause. Unsere Atmosphäre ist geprägt von einem herzlichen Umgang miteinander.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Pflegeteams suchen wir

Betreuungskräfte § 53b SGB XI (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Alltagsbegleitung & Betreuung: Ansprechpartner sein, Gespräche führen, Biographiearbeit, Unterstützung bei der Tagesstrukturierung.
  • Aktivierung & Beschäftigung: Basteln, Malen, Singen, Musizieren, Gesellschaftsspiele, Gedächtnisübungen.
  • Mobilisierung: Spaziergänge, leichte Bewegungsübungen, Begleitung bei Ausflügen.
  • Teilhabe am Leben: Begleitung zum Gottesdienst, Friseur, Arzt oder Behörden.
  • Individuelle Unterstützung: Unterstützung beim Heimeinzug, Kleiderauswahl, Mahlzeitenbegleitung (soziale Komponente).

Anforderungen und Qualifikationen:

  • Erfolgreiche Teilnahme an einer Qualifizierungsmaßnahme (gemäß Richtlinien nach § 53b SGB XI, früher § 87b).
  • Ein 40-stündiges Orientierungspraktikum in einer Pflegeeinrichtung ist in der Regel Voraussetzung.
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
