Leben im Quartier. Unsere moderne DRK-Senioreneinrichtung befindet sich auf der Brückenstraße im Stadtteil Mülfort in Mönchengladbach. Hier werden auf 4380 m² 49 stationäre Pflegeplätze, 29 betreute Wohneinheiten und 10 Kurzzeitpflegeplätze angeboten. Unser Angebot richtet sich an Menschen aller Pflegegrade. Der Schwerpunkt ist es, dem Menschen die notwendige Unterstützung im Rahmen der Pflege, Betreuung und hauswirtschaftlichen Versorgung zu geben, um noch lange ein möglichst selbstbestimmtes Leben führen zu können.

Arbeiten beim DRK ist mehr als nur ein Job, denn Du

  • unterstützt und begleitest dementiell erkrankte Bewohner in ihrer eigenständigen und selbstbestimmten Alltagsgestaltung.
  • führst Angebote der sozialen Betreuung durch, z. B. Gesellschaftsspiele oder Gedächtnistrainings.
  • begleitest die Bewohner bei Arztbesuchen, Ausflügen und Spaziergängen und hilfst bei der Einnahme der Mahlzeiten.

Du bist genau unser Mensch, weil Du

  • über eine Qualifikation als Betreuungskraft in Pflegeeinrichtungen nach § 43 b/53 c SGX XI verfügst.
  • Freude daran hast, Senioren im Alltag zu begleiten, deren Selbstvertrauen zu stärken und zu ihrer Lebensfreude beizutragen.
  • kommunikativ bist, gerne im Team arbeitest und genau wie wir, stets einen respektvollen Umgang mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen pflegst.
