An der Neuhäuser Straße gelegen, am Eingang zur Innenstadt, finden Sie unser Pflege- und Betreuungszentrum Paderborn, welches 127 Pflegeplätze zur Verfügung stellt.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Betreuungskraft nach § 43b oder 53 c.

DEINE ZUKÜNFTIGEN AUFGABEN

  • Sicherung und Gestaltung einer abwechslungsreichen und bedürfnisorientierten sozialen Betreuung
  • aktivierende Betreuung unserer Hausbewohner
  • Begleitung zu Kultur- und Freizeitveranstaltungen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Einzel- und Gruppenbetreuung mit unseren Bewohnern
  • Übernahme von administrativen Tätigkeiten

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Qualifikation zur Betreuungskraft nach §43b oder 53c SGB XI
  • sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen
  • Kommunikationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Es handelt sich um eine unbefristete TZ oder VZ-Stelle - alle 14 Tage Wochenenddienst.
  • Arbeitszeit nach Absprache zwischen 08.00-18.00 Uhr möglich.

Die Fahrerlaubnis nach Klasse B ist von Vorteil
