## Stellenanzeige: Betreuungskraft (m/w/d) für unsere Tagespflege 

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte und einfühlsame Betreuungskraft (m/w/d) für unsere Tagespflege gemäß § 43b bzw. § 53b SGB XI o.Ä.

Auch Quereinsteiger/-innen sind herzlich willkommen.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Aktivierung unserer Tagespflegegäste
  • Gestaltung und Durchführung von Gruppen- und Einzelangeboten (z. B. Spiele, Basteln, Bewegung, Gedächtnistraining, Gespräche)
  • Förderung sozialer Kontakte und des Wohlbefindens der Gäste
  • Begleitung im Tagesablauf
  • Unterstützung bei Mahlzeiten (keine pflegerischen Tätigkeiten)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Pflegefachkräften und dem gesamten Team
  • Dokumentation der Betreuungsangebote

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Qualifikation als Betreuungskraft nach § 43b / § 53b SGB XI - oder die Bereitschaft, diese Qualifikation im Rahmen eines Quereinstiegs bei uns zu erwerben
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kreativität und Eigeninitiative
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
