Für unser Altenzentrum St. Wendelinus in Wittlich suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als

# Betreuungskraft gemäß §43b SGB XI (w/m/d)

  • Erfahrung in der Pflege, Betreuung und Versorgung alter und kranker Menschen
  • Ausbildung zur Betreuungskraft nach § 43b SGB XI
  • Sensibilität und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Teamfähigkeit und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Eine positive Einstellung zur Arbeit mit den von uns begleiteten Menschen

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung und Aktivierung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner zu einer eigenständigen und selbstbestimmten Lebensführung
  • Biografieorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Rahmen der Alltagsbegleitung
  • Mitgestaltung des Wohnumfelds der Bewohner/innen
