Für unser Senioren-Zentrum in Moosburg suchen wir ab sofort eine motivierte Betreuungskraft (m/w/d) nach §53b SGB XI.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Mithilfe bei der Sicherung der optimalen psychosozialen Betreuung der Bewohner/-innen
  • Betreuung und Aktivierung von Bewohner/-innen
  • Unterstützung der Pflegekräfte insbesondere im Umgang mit dementiell veränderten Bewohner/-innen
  • Angebot von Einzel- und Gruppenangeboten
  • Alltagsbegleitung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
  • Mithilfe bei der Neuentwicklung, Verbesserung und Umsetzung von Konzepten zur Betreuung von gerontopsychiatrisch veränderten Bewohner/innen

  • Qualifikation nach § 53b SGB XI
