Wir suchen dich! Bringe Schwung, Struktur und Herzlichkeit in den Alltag unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner und werde Teil eines Teams, das Pflege und Betreuung Hand in Hand lebt.

# Deine Aufgaben

Planung und Durchführung von Einzel- und Gruppenaktivitäten

(z. B. Basteln, Singen, Kochen, Gedächtnistraining)

Spaziergänge, Vorlesen, Gespräche führen und emotionale Unterstützung im Alltag bieten

Mitgestaltung von saisonalen Festen, Ausflügen und Veranstaltungen im Haus

Kurze, digitale Erfassung der durchgeführten Betreuungsmaßnahmen

# Das bringst du mit

Abgeschlossene Qualifikation zur Betreuungskraft nach § 43b / 53c SGB XI (ehemals § 87b)

Viel Empathie, Geduld, Kreativität und eine positive Ausstrahlung

Zuverlässigkeit und Freude an der engen Zusammenarbeit mit der Pflege

Gute Deutschkenntnisse für den täglichen Austausch mit unseren Bewohnern

DRK Grundsätze leben und dich mit dem Rot-Kreuz-Gedanken“ identifizieren
