### Deine Aufgaben

  • Individuelle & ganzheitliche Betreuung unserer Bewohnerinnen & Bewohner mit Herz & Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Umsetzung der Betreuungsleistungen gemäß § 43b, § 53c SGB XI
  • Planung & Durchführung kreativer Betreuungs- & Beschäftigungsangebote
  • Sorgfältige digitale Dokumentation zur Sicherstellung unserer hohen Betreuungsqualität

### Dein Profil

  • Erforderlich: Fortbildung zur Betreuungskraft nach §43b, 53c SGB XI (ehem. 87b)
  • Wünschenswert: Erfahrung z.B. als Betreuungskraft, Alltagsbegleiter
  • Bereitschaft für Früh- & Spätdienst
  • Ausgeglichen, geduldig & empathisch
