Für unsere Pflegeeinrichtung Hofgarten-Carrée in Augsburg suchen wir ab sofort eine Betreuungskraft (m/w/d) zur Erbringung von Leistungen gemäß § 53c SGB XI (ehemals § 87b) in Teilzeit mit 30 Wochenstunden.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Individuelle Betreuung und Unterstützung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner zu Alltagsaktivitäten
  • Förderung und Erhaltung der individuellen Persönlichkeit und Selbstständigkeit
  • Ansprechpartner:in für Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner
  • Begleitung der Pflegebedürftigen zu Besorgungen, Erledigungen oder Veranstaltungen
  • Gestaltung und Durchführung von Einzel- und Gruppenangeboten

Ihr Profil

  • Aktuell gültige Ausbildung zur Betreuungskraft (m/w/d) gemäß Richtlinien § 53c SGB XI
  • Positive Einstellung zur Arbeit mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen
  • Bereitschaft initiativ zu werden und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Empathische Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz
