Die DRK gemeinnützige Seniorenheime GmbH stellt für die Tagespflege Rosepark ATRIUM in Jena ab sofort eine engagierte

  • Betreuungskraft (m/w/d)
  • befristet in Teilzeit (35. Std/ Woche) ein.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Motivation, Aktivierung und Begleitung der Gäste im Rahmen der sozialen Betreuung
  • Durchführung und Unterstützung von alltagsorientiertem Training
  • (z.B. Essensbegleitung, Haushalt)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Berufsgruppen des Gesundheitswesens sowie fachliche Beratung der Angehörigen

Ihr Profil

  • Zertifikat als Betreuungskraft nach § 43b, 53c SGB XI (ehemals § 87b)
  • angenehmes und freundliches Auftreten gegenüber unseren Gästen
  • selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise im Team
  • Flexibilität im Bezug auf die Gäste
  • Empathie und Beziehungsfähigkeit
  • Beobachtungsgabe und Wahrnehmungsfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
