Über uns:

Für unser Kreisaltenheim Grabenstätt in Grabenstätt suchen wir ab sofort eine Betreuungskraft (m/w/d) nach § 43b in Teilzeit.

Die Kreisaltenheime Traunstein gGmbH ist Träger der Kreisaltenheime Grabenstätt, Palling und Trostberg mit insgesamt 240 Plätzen und einer Kurzzeitpflege mit 30 Plätzen am Standort der Kreisklinik Trostberg

Die Kreisaltenheime Traunstein sind landkreisgeführt und nicht kommerziell ausgerichtet. Sie legen Wert auf eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit. Neben einem umfangreichen Weiterbildungsangebot bieten sie genügend Zeit, sich um die Bewohner umfangreich zu kümmern.

Ihr Profil:

  • Qualifikation gemäß der Richtlinie nach § 43b Abs. 3 SGB XI
  • Loyalität und Integrität mit einer hohen sozialen Kompetenz
  • Verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten im Team
  • Bewohnerorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Lernbereitschaft
  • Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung und Pflegedokumentation
