Wir suchen für unsere Offene Ganztagsschule an der Dr. Dittrich Schule in Pegnitz pädagogische Betreuungskräfte mit päd. Erfahrung/ bzw. Ausbildung

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

  • Unterstützung und Verstärkung des OGS Teams
  • Planung und Durchführung von pädagogischen Angeboten, die die Neugier und Entdeckerfreude wecken
  • Schaffung einer sicheren und geborgenen Umgebung, in der sich jedes Kind willkommen fühlt
  • Teamplayer aus Überzeugung um gemeinsam zu wachsen

  • Herzlichkeit: Sie lieben den täglichen Umgang mit Kindern und begegnen ihnen auf Augenhöhe
  • Fördergeist: Es bereitet Ihnen Freude, die Talente der Kinder zu erkennen und sie in ihrer Entwicklung gezielt und spielerisch zu fördern.
  • Empathie: Sie haben ein feines Gespür für die Bedürfnisse der Kinder/ Jugendlichen und sind ein geduldiger Begleiter im Alltag
