Du hast mittwochs und freitags von 17:00 bis 20:00 Uhr Zeit und Lust, Jugendlichen im Alter von 12 bis 18 Jahren einen Ort zum Wohlfühlen, Austauschen und Mitgestalten zu bieten? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!

Was erwartet dich?

Bei uns bekommst du viel Freiraum, um deine eigenen Ideen umzusetzen und dich kreativ auszuleben. Ob bei offenen Angeboten, gemeinsamen Aktionen oder spannenden Projekten, du gestaltest die Jugendarbeit aktiv mit!

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Offene Jugendarbeit: Zuhören, anpacken und einfach da sein
  • Entwicklung neuer Konzepte für die Zusammenarbeit mit Schulen, Vereinen und Kirchen vor Ort
  • Durchführung von Einzel- und Beratungsgesprächen mit den Jugendlichen
  • Mitarbeit an der Jugendbeteiligung nach § 41a GemO Baden-Württemberg

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast schon Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen – vielleicht aus der offenen Jugendarbeit, einem Verein oder der Kirche? Perfekt! Vor allem aber bist du offen, engagiert und hast Lust, jungen Menschen Orientierung und einen Raum zum Mitgestalten zu bieten.
