  • Sie unterstützen unsere Bewohner, ein möglichst selbstbestimmtes Leben in Wohlbefinden und Würde zu führen
  • Sie betreuen unsere Bewohner nach aktuell anerkannten pflegewissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen
  • Sie arbeiten aktiv an internen Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen mit
  • Sie verantworten die Sicherstellung des Betreuungsprozesses durch entsprechende Planungen und einer kontinuierlichen fachkundigen Dokumentation

Ihr Profil :

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegeassistent/in oder Betreuungskraft § 43b / § 53c SGB XI
  • Sie haben Interesse und Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren, kranken oder pflegebedürftigen Menschen
  • Sie besitzen eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und zeitliche Flexibilität
  • Sie verfügen über eine hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und sind ein Organisationstalent.
  • Sie sind wissbegierig und möchten sich in gerne weiterbilden und weiterqualifizieren.

Sie haben noch keine Weiterbildung zur Betreuungskraft ,sind aber bereit diese zu Erwerben, dann melden Sie sich bitte gerne bei uns.
