Seniorenwohnen Eschenhof ist ein besonderer Ort für Seniorinnen und Senioren, die ihren Lebensabend selbstbestimmt, gemeinschaftlich und lebendig gestalten möchten. Unser Konzept verbindet Wohnen, Betreuung und Gemeinschaft – mit Herz, Respekt und Individualität.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams Pflegekunst – zusammen anders leben - suchen wir eine engagierte Betreuungskraft (m/w/d) , die unsere Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner im Alltag begleitet und unser Konzept mit Leben füllt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Begleitung unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner im Alltag
  • Unterstützung bei Alltagsaktivitäten und sozialen Kontakten
  • Aktivierende Angebote (z. B. Gespräche, Spaziergänge, gemeinschaftliche Aktivitäten)
  • Förderung von Selbstständigkeit und Lebensfreude
  • Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team
  • Einfühlsame und wertschätzende Kommunikation mit Bewohnern und Angehörigen
  • Organisieren und Begleiten von Veranstaltungen

Ihr Profil

  • Qualifikation als Betreuungskraft nach § 43b / 53b SGB XI oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen
  • Empathie, Geduld und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Organisationstalent
  • Wertschätzung eines alternativen, gemeinschaftlichen Wohn- und Pflegekonzepts
  • Führerschein Kl. B zwingend erforderlich
