Als qualifizierte und ausgebildete Betreuungskraft (m/w/d) nach § 53b SGB XI übernimmst du die Betreuung unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner aller Altersklassen in unterschiedlichen Lebenssituationen. Im Vordergrund deiner Arbeit steht immer der Bewohner, den du aktiv in Einzel- und Gruppenangeboten betreust und unterstützt. Zusammen mit dem Team der Betreuung erarbeitest du Angebote, die sich an den Wünschen und Bedürfnissen unserer BewohnerInnen orientiert.
