### Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

  • Betreuung und Pflege der zugewiesenen Aufgaben und Projekte
  • Fachliche Unterstützung sowie operative Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse
  • Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Schnittstellen
  • Regelmäßige Berichterstattung und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse

### Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Pflegeberuf oder Qualifikation zur Betreuung im Sinne §§ 43b; 53c SGB XI
  • Höfliche Umgangsformen und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
  • Ausgeprägte psychosoziale und kommunikative Kompetenz
  • Erfahrung und Freude im Umgang mit älteren, pflegebedürftigen Menschen
  • Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Einfühlungsvermögen und Kreativität
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kooperationsbereitschaft
