  • Betreuungskraft nach §43b (m/w/d)
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Innere Ruhe und Gelassenheit
  • Zuverlässigkeit
  • Qualifizierung nach §43b SGB XI
  • Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen
  • Bereitschaft, auch an Wochenenden zu arbeiten
  • Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Betreuung, Begleitung und Aktivierung von Menschen mit einer Demenz-Erkrankung
  • Mitarbeit im Qualitätsmanagement
  • Demenzkranken Bewohnern Sicherheit und Orientierung geben
  • Unterstützung bei Veranstaltungen
  • Einbringen eigener Ideen zum Wohle der Bewohner
