Für unsere vollstationäre Pflegeeinrichtung suchen wir ab dem 01.04.2026 eine empathische und verlässliche Betreuungskraft nach §§ 53b SGB XI.

Oberstes Ziel ist eine erlebnis- und bedürfnisorientierte Betreuung unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner, die sich an der spezifischen Lebenswelt und der aktuellen Situation der Bewohner orientiert. Eine zusätzliche Betreuungskraft schafft eine gemütliche Atmosphäre im Haus und hat Sorge zu tragen für eine menschliches Miteinander, das geprägt ist durch Respekt und Vertrauen im alltäglichen Umgang.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Hilfe bei der Strukturierung der Tagesabläufe
  • Mitwirkung bei der Motivierung, Anleitung und Unterstützung der Bewohner unter Einbeziehung ihrer körperlichen und psychosozialen Bedürfnisse und Möglichkeiten
  • Förderung der Kontakte zwischen den Bewohnern
  • Durchführung von sozialpflegerischen Angeboten
  • digitale Dokumentation
