## Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Qualifikation als Betreuungskraft nach §43b, § 53c SGB XI
- Quereinstieg möglich bei Bereitschaft diese Qualifikation zu absolvieren
- Erfahrung in der Betreuungsarbeit wünschenswert
- Engagement, Kontaktfreudigkeit und Teamgeist
- Grundlegende PC-Kenntnisse
- Positive Haltung, Einfühlungsvermögen und Respekt gegenüber unseren Kunden
## Ihre Aufgaben:
- Fördern der Lebenszufriedenheit unserer Kunden durch individuelle Betreuung und Aktivierung
- Einbringen von Vorschlägen und Ideen zur Erweiterung des Betreuungsangebotes
- Aktivierende Maßnahmen und Förderung der Mobilität
- Durchführung der Pflegedokumentation
