In unserer Tagespflegeeinrichtung begleiten wir ältere Menschen mit viel Zeit, Zuwendung und Engagement durch den Alltag. Für unser engagiertes Team suchen wir eine liebevolle und zuverlässige Betreuungskraft nach §43b SGB XI in Teilzeit (max. 30 Wochenstunden), die unsere Gäste mit Herz, Empathie und Freude im Tagesablauf unterstützt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Betreuung und Aktivierung unserer Tagespflegegäste im Rahmen der sozialen Betreuung.
Durchführung von Gruppen- und Einzelangeboten (z.B Basteln, Singen und gemeinsames Spielen)
Förderung der sozialen Kontakte und Teilhabe am Gemeinschaftsleben

Ihr Profil:

-Abgeschlossene Qualifikation als Betreuungskraft nach §43b SGB XI

Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren und demenziell erkrankten Menschen

-Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und Zuverlässigkeit

-Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
