Für unser Seniorenzentrum am Backhausplatz in Aßlar sowie unseren ambulanten Dienst suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine zusätzliche Betreuungskraft nach §43b in Vollzeit. Unser Seniorenzentrum verfügt über 90 Plätze in 4 Wohnbereichen. Wir pflegen einen kooperativen Führungsstil und fördern innovative Ansätze.

Gestalten Sie gemeinsam mit motivierten Kollegen die soziale Betreuung unseres Hauses. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört es Gruppen- und Einzelbetreuungsangebote durchzuführen, indem Sie unsere Bewohner motivieren und begleiten. Bei Bedarf können Sie zudem bei der Planung der Angebote mithelfen.

Sie begleiten die Gruppen u.a. mit musischen und kreativen Angeboten, Bewegungsübungen, Gedächtnistraining, Gottesdiensten, Spielerunden sowie bei unseren jahreszeitlich angepassten Festen und Konzerten. Im Rahmen der Einzelbetreuung gehen Sie außerdem auf die individuellen Wünsche und Bedürfnisse der Bewohner ein.
