Zur Verstärkung unseres Betreuungsteams in Geisingen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Eintritt:

## Betreuungskraft nach § 43b SGB XI / Alltagsbegleiter (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (50-80%)

### Wir wünschen uns:

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Betreuungskraft nach § 43b SGB XI oder Alltagsbegleiter\*in – gerne unterstützen wir bei der Ausbildung
  • Empathische Persönlichkeit mit Verständnis für die besonderen Bedürfnisse unserer Bewohner\*innen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft

## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Individuelle Unterstützung und Begleitung bei täglichen Aktivitäten
  • Einfühlsame und aktivierende Betreuung zum Erhalt des physischen und psychischen Wohlbefindens
  • Bereicherung des Alltages durch Kreativität und Ideenreichtum
