Wir, als Arbeitsvermittler, suchen im Auftrag einer kleinen Senioreneinrichtung in Panketal eine/n engagierte/n Betreuungskraft nach §43b SGBXI (m/w/d).
- Ihre Aufgaben
- Planung und Durchführung von Feiern und Festen
- tägliche Beschäftigung wie basteln, vorlesen, Sportkreis u.v.m.
- Beobachtung und Dokumentation
- Mitgestaltung eines respektvollen und herzlichen Zusammenseins
- Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen und Fortbildungen
- Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Betreuungskraft nach §43b SGBXI
- Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen und ein hohes Maß an Empathie
- Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
- Wir bieten
- Vergütung bis 2.500€ in einer 30-35h Woche
- 29 Urlaubstage pro Jahr
- Arbeitszeitmodell: Frühdienst ab 07.00 Uhr Spätdienst ab 10.30 Uhr 1 Wochenende im Monat
- Strukturierte Einarbeitung durch erfahrene Kolleginnen und Kollegen
