Die Stelle ist unbefristet zu besetzen.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Planung, Erstellung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Betreuungsleistungen
  • Verpflichtung zur Erhaltung und Anwendung des aktuellen fachbezogenen Wissensstandes unter Beachtung des QM

### Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung nach §53c SGB XI als Betreuungskraft
  • Strukturierte, selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und Teamgeist
