Die Seniorenheim St. Stephanus gGmbH als Einrichtung der vollstationären Altenhilfe in Trägerschaft der katholischen Kirchengemeinde Papst Johannes in Hamm-Heessen sucht für den Standort Seniorenheim St. Stephanus mit 195 Plätzen ab sofort:

Betreuungskräfte (m/w/d) in Teilzeit .

Ihre Aufgabe:

  • Guten Kontakt zu den Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern sowie ihrer Bezugspersonen, Betreuern und Therapeuten zu halten
  • Betreuung und Aktivierung von Bewohnern unter Berücksichtigung zielgruppenspezifischer fachlicher Erkenntnisse mit dem Ziel der Steigerung des Wohlbefindens
  • Organisation, Mitwirkung und Assistenz bei Gruppenangeboten, Spiel-, Basteln- und Malgruppen, Singen, Bewegungsgruppen sowie Ausflüge und Veranstaltungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Eine Qualifizierung nach § 43 b SGB XI (vormals § 87 b)
  • Freude am Umgang mit Senioren
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Kreativität, Phantasie, Beobachtungsgabe
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Fähigkeit zu motivierender Zusammenarbeit und können die Aufgaben, Ziele und Werte der Einrichtung mittragen
