Für unsere Produktionsbetriebe in Gersthofen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt:

## Betriebsassistent\*in (m/w/d)

### Ihre Aufgaben

Unterstützung und Vertretung der Betriebsleiter im Tagesgeschäft in den Themenbereichen Arbeitssicherheit, Anlagensicherheit und Produktionsplanung und -steuerung

Durchführung von HAZOPs und Umsetzung der daraus resultierenden Maßnahmen und Projekte

Optimierung der Produktionsanlagen und -prozesse u.a. mit den bisherigen Softwarelösungen (TrendMiner und Shiftconnector)

Umsetzung der betrieblichen Aufgaben aus dem Kompass-Projekt (Durchführung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Erstellen von Betriebsanweisungen, etc.)

### Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium Fachrichtung Chemie oder Chemieingenieurswesen

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Projektierung, Produktion, Anlagensicherheit und Arbeitssicherheit

Sehr gute Kenntnisse aller rechtlich relevanten Regelwerke

Sehr hohe IT-Affinität oder Kenntnisse in relevanter Software (SAP S4 HANA, TrendMiner, Shiftconnector, MS Office, etc.)

Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise

Ausgeprägte soziale und kommunikative Kompetenzen sowie die persönlichen Voraussetzungen für die Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung
