### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Beratung von Handwerksbetrieben mit folgenden Schwerpunkten
  • Unternehmensgründung
  • Betriebsnachfolge
  • Finanzierung, öffentliche Fördermittel
  • Controlling, Kalkulation, Marketing
  • Digitalisierung
  • Personal und Fachkräfte
  • Betriebsanalyse
  • Nachhaltigkeit

### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Universitäts- oder Fachhochschulstudium (Bachelor, Master oder Diplom)
  • Fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Rechnungswesen und Finanzierung
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen
  • Freude am Umgang und der Zusammenarbeit mit mittelständischen Betrieben
