Dich erwartet ein digitalisierter landwirtschaftlicher Betrieb mit modernster, schlagkräftiger Technik.

Das wirtschaftlich starke Unternehmen ist vielfältig aufgestellt und aktiv auf mehreren Standorten in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Dafür ist ein enger Austausch im Führungsteam unabdingbar.

Deine Aufgaben :

  • Betriebsführung und wirtschaftliche Verantwortung
  • Weiterentwicklung des Standortes und die Umsetzung neuer Projekte
  • Verantwortung für Mitarbeiterführung und Arbeitsorganisation
  • Unterstützung bei der Bestandsführung von Aussaat bis Ernte
  • Hauptansprechpartner für Geschäftspartner und Behörden
  • Wöchentliche Teammeetings und Austausch im Leitungsteam

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Einsatzbereitschaft und Leidenschaft für die Landwirtschaft
  • Praxiserfahrungen im Ackerbau und Erfahrung in der Teamleitung
  • Kaufmännische Kenntnisse und Zahlenaffinität
  • Offene Kommunikation und Teamfähigkeit
  • Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Organisationsgeschick
  • Verlässlichkeit und Loyalität
