  • Sicherstellung von Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Servicestandards Analyse
  • von Kennzahlen und Unterstützung bei Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Vorbereitung auf die Übernahme erster Führungsverantwortung
  • Anforderungen Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich
  • Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder Betriebswirtschaft Erste Berufs- oder
  • Praxiserfahrung in der Gastronomie von Vorteil Hohe Lernbereitschaft
  • und Interesse an einer Führungslaufbahn Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-
  • und Teamfähigkeit Organisationstalent sowie eigenständige
  • Arbeitsweise Hands-on-Mentalität, Belastbarkeit und hohe
