  • Persönliche Gästebetreuung und aktive Mitarbeit im À-la-carte-Service
  • Leitung des operativen Restaurantschichtbetriebs, aufgeteilt auf ein Team
  • aus vier Restaurantleiter_innen
  • Führung und Motivation unseres Serviceteams
  • Sicherstellung unserer Service-, Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards sowie
  • Verantwortung für Warenwirtschaft und Beschwerdemanagement
  • Das bringst du mit:
  • Gastronomische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
  • Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohen Qualitätsanspruch
  • Charme, Weltoffenheit und Freude am Gastgeber_innensein
  • Das bieten wir:
  • Vollzeitanstellung mit 4- oder 5-Tage-Woche nach Vereinbarung
  • Ab € 2.100 netto pro Monat, mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach
