Unser Y-Bistro ist der Treffpunkt für Hotelgäste, Business-People aus dem Stadtgut und Locals. Als Serviceleitung rockst du unsere Gastro, führst das Team mit Herz und Verstand und machst jeden Abend zu einem Erlebnis.

Deine Mission:

  • Reibungsloser Ablauf im Service & Qualitätsmanagement im Restaurant/Bistro-Bereich.
  • Führung, Motivation und Dienstplanung deines Service-Teams.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Küche und dem Management.

Was du mitbringst:

  • Fundierte Ausbildung / Erfahrung in der Gastronomie & erste Führungserfahrung.
  • Gastgeber:in aus Leidenschaft mit Blick fürs Detail.
  • Organisationstalent, Hands-on-Mentalität und kühler Kopf in Peak-Times.
