Tätigkeiten

  • Führung des Hotelrestaurants sowie Koordination von ca. 25-30 Personen
  • Durchführung von Bewerbungsgesprächen
  • Personaleinsatzplanung und Dienstplanerstellung
  • Kontrolle der Stundenaufzeichnungen
  • Einschulung neuer Teammitglieder sowie Praktikant_innen
  • Koordination des gesamten Serviceablaufs
  • Betreuung und Beratung der Gäste
  • Weinberatung sowie Mitgestaltung der Weinkarte
  • Arbeiten mit dem Kassensystem "Novatouch"
  • Beschwerdemanagement
  • Zusammenarbeit mit allen Hotelabteilungen

Anforderungen

  • Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Weinkenntnisse bzw. Sommelierausbildung
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Restaurantmanagement
  • Personalführung
