  • Tätigkeitsbereich:
  • Unterstützung der Montageleitung bei der Organisation und Koordination der Montageabläufe
  • Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Optimierung von Arbeitsprozessen
  • Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards und Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Abläufe
  • Schrittweise Übernahme von organisatorischen und personellen Führungsaufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Koordination des Teams und der täglichen Arbeitsabläufe
  • Fachliche Anforderungen:
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise auf Maturaniveau
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und logisches Denkvermögen
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Word und Excel
  • Strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Koordination von Teams oder im technischen Produktionsumfeld von Vorteil
  • Persönliche Anforderungen:
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder erkennbares Führungspotenzial
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Verantwortungsgefühl
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
  • Motivation, sich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Wir bieten:
