Ihre Aufgaben

  • Strategische Leitung von über 30 Standorten
  • Führung der Organisation von rund 100 Mitarbeiter:innen
  • Weiterentwicklung des direkt unterstellten Teams von vier Direct Reports
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Strategien für Umsatz, Produktivität, Qualität, Auslastung und Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Verantwortung für das Prozess- und Qualitätsmanagement und Compliance-Themen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung

Ihr Profil

  • Führungspersönlichkeit mit Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche bzw. technisch-kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung mit Serviceprozessen und KPI sowie Qualitätsstandards, sowie Budget- und Performance-Steuerung, vorzugsweise in Retail im technischen Umfeld
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Gestalltungswillen, Umsetzungsstärke und ergebnisorientierter Fürhungsstil
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch sowie Englisch erforderlich
  • Vernetztes, analytisches Denken, Flexibilität, Kommunikationstalent
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und österreichweite Reisebereitschaft

  • Geboten wird eine spannende Position in einem internationalen Unternehmen.
  • Das Bruttomonatsgehalt beträgt mindestens € 90.000 brutto im Jahr für Vollzeit mit der Bereitschaft zur
  • Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Weitere Benefits: Firmenwagen, Gleitzeit, Bonusvereinbarung.
