Für unseren etablierten Friseursalon suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Betriebsleiter/in (m/w/d) , die den Salon gemeinsam mit uns weiterentwickelt und perspektivisch Verantwortung in der Geschäftsführung bzw. Mitübernahme übernehmen möchte.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Operative Leitung und Organisation des Salonalltags
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
  • Sicherstellung eines hohen Qualitäts- und Servicestandards
  • Kundenberatung auf höchstem Niveau
  • Personaleinsatzplanung und betriebliche Organisation
  • Unterstützung bei wirtschaftlichen Entscheidungen und Weiterentwicklung des Standorts
  • Perspektivisch: aktive Mitgestaltung und mögliche Mitverantwortung im Unternehmen

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Meisterausbildung im Friseurhandwerk ( Friseurmeister/in )
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Führungskompetenz, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationstalent
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Interesse an langfristiger Entwicklung
  • Leidenschaft für Trends, Qualität und Kundenservice
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und souveränes Auftreten
