  • Mitten in Brandenburg, direkt vor den Toren Berlins, wächst auf über 250 Hektar hochwertiges Obst. Als genossenschaftlich organisierte Erzeugergemeinschaft verbinden wir Tradition mit moderner Landwirtschaft – und suchen jetzt eine Persönlichkeit, die einen Produktionsbetrieb in die Zukunft führt.

Für den Aufbau und die Bewirtschaftung eines modernen Obstproduktionsbetriebes (30ha) sind wir auf der Suche nach einem Betriebsleiter oder einer Betriebsleiterin. Die Vermarktung ist geregelt und erfolgt über die Markendorf Obst eG gemeinsam mit anderen Erzeugerorganisationen in der Vertriebsgesellschaft für Obst mbH Veos an den Lebensmitteleinzelhandel.

Aufgaben

  • Planung und Organisation des Tagesgeschäftes eines 30ha Produktionsbetriebes
  • Führung und Motivation der Maschinisten und Saisonhelfenden
  • Sie sorgen dafür, dass auf den Flächen alles läuft – vom ersten Schnitt bis zur Ernte
  • Mitwirkung bei strategischen Entscheidungen zur Weiterentwicklung des
  • Betriebs
  • Überwachung der Kulturen, Planung und Durchführung sämtlicher Kulturmaßnahmen (Pflanzenschutz, Düngung, Schnitt, Ernte)

Profil

Sie kennen sich im Obstbau aus – ob durch Ausbildung, Studium oder schlicht durch viele Jahre auf dem Feld. Wichtiger als der Lebenslauf ist uns, dass Sie anpacken, mitdenken, ein Team zusammenhalten und einen Produktionsbetrieb in die Zukunft bringen können.
