Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zum Einsatz in einem Cateringbetrieb in Münster

einen Betriebsleiter (m/w/d)

in Vollzeit incl. Wochenenden

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für den operativen Betrieb im Catering- und Eventbereich
  • Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen (privat & geschäftlich)
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
  • Sicherstellung unserer hohen Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Servicestandards
  • Wirtschaftliche Steuerung (Budgetplanung, Kalkulation, Controlling)
  • Kundenberatung und -betreuung von der Anfrage bis zur Umsetzung

Unser Erwartungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder Eventmanagement
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Catering, Eventmanagement oder in der gehobenen Gastronomie
  • Führungserfahrung und ausgeprägte Teamkompetenz
  • Organisationstalent, Entscheidungsstärke und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung sowie Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft (auch an Wochenenden und Abenden)
  • Führerschein Kl. B optional ein eigenes Auto
