Als Hersteller und Lieferant von Düngemitteln aus Sekundärrohstoffen suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams ab sofort

einen Betriebsleiter (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben in unserem Betrieb sind:

  • Koordination der wirtschaftlichen Aktivitäten des Unternehmens
  • Planung des Einkaufs von Produktions-, Arbeits- und Betriebsmitteln
  • Personalführung (inkl. Personalbeschaffung)
  • Organisation des Verkaufs
  • Koordination und Umsetzung von Werbe- und Marketingmaßnahmen

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben einen kaufmännischen oder technischen Abschluss im Bereich Abfallwirtschaft, Landwirtschaft oder Betriebswirtschaft
  • Unternehmerisches Denken mit entsprechendem Zahlenverständnis, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Sie sind in der Lage logistische, personalbezogene, administrative und betriebswirtschaftliche Themen gleichermaßen zu bewältigen.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch Ihre selbstständige, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise aus
