Wir suchen ab sofort einen Betriebsleiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit für unser Familienunternehmen in Klein Offenseth

Sie bringen mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik/Elektronik/Mechatronik o.ä.
  • mind. 10-jährige Berufserfahrung einschl. Leitungsfunktion (Team- oder Gruppenleitung)
  • Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Entwicklung eletrotechnischer Komponenten, Kabelkonfektion, Beschaffung von Bauteilen, Dokumentation eletrotechnicher Baugruppen, Erstellung von Bedienungsanleitungen
  • Kentnisse in den Bereichen Projektmanagment, Fertigungsteuerung, Allgemeine Elektrotechnik, Schaltungstechnik analog und digital, Schaltnetzteile, Hochspannungserzeugung, CE-Komformitätsbewertung, VDE-Normen; DGUV mit VDE 0701 und 0702
  • hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstein, systematisches und strukturiertes Arbeiten, Teamfähigkeit, gute Kommunikation, hohe Belastbarkeit, lösungsorientiertes Handeln
  • gute Englischkenntnisse in Schrift und Sprache
  • gute Office Kenntnisse, speziell Excel
  • Führerschein Klasse B

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kundenbetreuung (technisch/kaufmännisch): Unterstützung bei der Aquise, Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung, After Sales Betreuung
  • Verantwortliche Durchführung/Betreuung: Konzeption: Hardware 19" Testgeräte, Inbetriebnahme(n), Fehlersuche und Reparaturen, Ausgangsprüfungen mit Protokollierung
  • Technisch administrative Angelegenheiten: Verantwortlich für QM ISO9000, EDV: Technik & Struktur, Werkzeugüberwachung, Prüfmittelüberwachung
  • Einsatz zu 90% vor Ort und 10% beim Kunden
