### Betriebsleiter (m/w/d) – Zimmerermeister

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Leitung und Organisation des gesamten Betriebsablaufs im Bereich Zimmerei und Holzbau
  • Koordination und Führung unserer Mitarbeiter
  • Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle laufender Projekte
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Architekten und Partnerfirmen
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Arbeitssicherheit

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zimmerermeister oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Holz- und Bauwesen
  • Führungskompetenz und Organisationstalent
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Freude an anspruchsvollen Projekten
