Für unser Restaurant BISTRA und das Eiscafé Amelie in Bremen suchen wir eine erfahrene und verantwortungsbewusste Betriebsleitung (m/w/d).

Sie übernehmen die Organisation des täglichen Betriebs, die Führung und Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeiter sowie die Kontrolle von Service, Qualität, Hygiene, Warenbestand und Kassenabrechnungen. Sie sind Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter und Gäste und arbeiten eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen.

Wir suchen eine zuverlässige, selbstständig arbeitende Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrung in der Gastronomie und idealerweise erster Führungserfahrung.

Wir bieten eine unbefristete Vollzeitstelle, kurze Entscheidungswege, viel Eigenverantwortung und eine langfristige Perspektive.
