## Deine Aufgaben:

  • Kaufmännische Steuerung: Verantwortung für Controlling, Cashflow-Management und Abrechnung laufender Projekte zur Sicherstellung der wirtschaftlichen Steuerung des Betriebs.
  • Produktions- und Baustellensteuerung: Steuerung der Produktionsabläufe und Koordination der Baustellen im Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Fachliche- und disziplinarische Führung der Bauabteilung
  • Kundenbetreuung und Lieferantensteuerung: Betreuung der Kunden sowie Steuerung und Auswahl von Lieferanten und Nachunternehmern zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Projektabwicklung.
  • Akquise und Ausschreibung: Identifikation und Verfolgung neuer Projekte sowie Bearbeitung und Kalkulation von Ausschreibungen.

## Wir wünschen uns:

  • Abgeschlossene kfm. oder techn. Ausbildung oder ein entsprechendes Studium
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position im Baubereich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kalkulation, Ausschreibungswesen und Controlling
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern
  • Unternehmerisches Denken
  • Akquise- und Kundenkompetenz
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Entscheidungsstärke und Belastbarkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B
